A wave of political support and grassroots solidarity swept across Epe Central as leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC), youths, women groups, and party faithful openly declared their backing for Hon. Isiaka Adeyinka Bakare, popularly known as BIA, ahead of Friday’s APC House of Representatives primary election.
During his consultation visits to APC wards across Epe, Hon. Isiaka Adeyinka Bakare BIA engaged with party executives, community leaders, youths, women associations, and stakeholders on the future of Epe Federal Constituency. The meetings were marked by enthusiasm, unity, and growing calls for a new direction in representation at the National Assembly.
Speaking at several ward gatherings, party leaders described Hon. Isiaka Adeyinka Bakare BIA as a grassroots politician who has remained loyal, accessible, and committed to the progress of the people. According to them, the constituency deserves fresh leadership that understands the realities and aspirations of ordinary citizens.
Addressing supporters during the visits, Hon. Isiaka Adeyinka Bakare expressed gratitude to party members for their overwhelming support, trust, and encouragement. He reaffirmed his dedication to inclusive development, youth empowerment, quality representation, and strengthening the voice of Epe Federal Constituency at the national level.
Hon. Isiaka Adeyinka Bakare BIA also spoke on political fairness and the need for equity within the constituency. According to him, he made sacrifices for party unity during the 2023 election after being approached by the current member representing the constituency to step down and support his ambition.
He stated that after fulfilling his part in the interest of peace and party progress, he expected the same understanding and support in return ahead of the 2027 race.
“This position is not a family birthright. Leadership should be about fairness, equity, and giving every part of the constituency a sense of belonging. It is time for Agbowa-Ikosi Ejinrin to produce the next representative for Epe Federal Constituency,” Hon. Isiaka Adeyinka Bakare BIA declared.
The statement was greeted with loud cheers and chants of solidarity from supporters, many of whom insisted that rotational representation and fairness are necessary to maintain unity across the constituency.
Youth groups and women supporters also pledged massive mobilization ahead of the primary election, describing BIA as a humble, experienced, and dedicated leader capable of bringing inclusive growth and effective representation to the people.
The atmosphere throughout the consultation tour remained energetic and peaceful, with many party faithful expressing confidence that Hon. Isiaka Adeyinka Bakare’s growing acceptance across the wards reflects the strong desire for a new era of representation in Epe Federal Constituency.
