Lagos State University of Education (LASUED) 300 & 400 Level Students Commence First Semester Examinations

 

The Vice-Chancellor of Lagos State University of Education (LASUED), Prof. Bidemi Bilkis Lafiaji-Okuneye, has extended her goodwill message and heartfelt encouragement to 300 and 400 Level degree students as they commence their First Semester Examinations across the University’s Oto/Ijanikin and Epe campuses.

In her message to the students, the Vice-Chancellor described them as “World-Class Students” and charged them to approach the examinations with confidence, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility.

“As you commence your First Semester Examinations today, I wish you retentive memory, wisdom, strength, and clarity of mind as you strive for excellence in your academic pursuits,” she stated.

Prof. Lafiaji-Okuneye emphasized the importance of integrity and discipline, urging students to shun all forms of examination malpractice and uphold the core values that define the institution. She also encouraged candidates to respect invigilators and avoid any actions capable of disrupting the peace and academic integrity of the University community.

The Vice-Chancellor further advised students to prepare thoroughly, arrive early at examination halls, remain calm, and approach each question with resilience and determination. She reassured them that examinations are structured to evaluate academic progress and prepare them for the next phase of their educational journey, not to induce fear or anxiety.

Reaffirming the University’s commitment to excellence, she noted that LASUED remains dedicated to nurturing future leaders who will make meaningful contributions to society and positively impact generations to come.

She concluded by wishing all students outstanding success in their examinations.
