The newly established Postgraduate College of Lagos State University of Education (LASUED) has officially commenced the sale of application forms for admission into its Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
The University invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for its professionally designed and industry-relevant postgraduate diploma programmes aimed at equipping graduates with advanced knowledge, practical skills, and competitive expertise for today’s dynamic global environment.
📚 Available Programmes
Applications are open for the following Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programmes:
- Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism
- Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science and Analytics
- Postgraduate Diploma in Networking and Cybersecurity
- Postgraduate Diploma in Virtual Communication and Media Technology
- Postgraduate Diploma in Health Information Management
These programmes are structured to meet modern workforce demands across technology, health, communication, tourism, and information systems sectors.
✅ General Admission Requirements
Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes at O’Level (SSCE/WAEC/GCE/NECO), including English Language and Mathematics.
- Hold a good Honours Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
Important: Candidates who have not completed their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme are not eligible to apply.
🖥 Method of Application
Applicants are to complete the online application process as follows:
- Visit the University Postgraduate Admission Portal at: www.lasued.edu.ng
- Use your E-mail address as your Username and your Surname as your Password.
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira (₦25,000.00) into the designated LASUED account.
- Complete and submit the application form online.
- Print the e-registration slip after successful submission for reference.
Additionally, academic transcripts for first-degree programmes must be submitted to the University within two (2) weeks after the close of sale of forms.
All shortlisted candidates will be invited for a compulsory interview as part of the selection process.
⏳ Duration of Programme
The Postgraduate Diploma programmes will run for a minimum of one (1) academic session, comprising two (2) semesters.

The sale of application forms will close six (6) weeks from the date of this publication. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply promptly.
